Grettings! So - I made a blog and decided to post one blog and then follow a bunch of others :) Not really what I had planned but, that is the way the cookie crumbles sometimes. My camera went caput shortly after I started the blog and I finally got a replacement for Christmas! Yea! So now I really don't have an excuse to not blog with pictures.
So here goes!
This is the prime rib my dad cooked for Christmas dinner. I was supposed to make Pioneer Woman's Pasta ala Vodka but my dad forgot to get the heavy cream at the store the day before - So that was a bust. The Meat was good though!
That is it. These are the two shots I got of Christmas. I will try to do better next year.
