Kristi and I tried to do our 2nd day on Wednesday but nasty rain prevented that. So we set out yesterday (Thursday) with Fred Astaire in tow. He was really unenthusiastic about the whole 'running' thing. Someone on the trail even said 'that dog looks like he doesn't want to be here'! Fred Astaire!? What happened? I really think it is the leash thing. Because he REALLY LOVES to go to the park or out hiking and has no issues with it.

Anyway - Kristi and I are going to go again tonight after work and I will leave Fred Astaire at home this time - he needs his rest :) It is raining now - but hopefully things will clear up before 5pm! Wish us luck!
